However, we are still growing, so, to continue our mission of making lives easier for educators and the developing scholars (the kids!) they inspire, we are now ready to hire 1 more full-time year-round warehouse associate.

If so, we have your job! 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday. 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Fair, appreciative, and respectful bosses. Friendly co-workers. Interesting, challenging, fast-moving work. And you get to wear jeans, t-shirts, shorts, and sneakers!
The job is in Pennsauken, New Jersey. This is not a remote position.
Pay starts at $19-22/hour, depending on your relevant work experience. You’ll also enjoy benefits and potential bonuses, depending on your efforts and the company’s continued success. We’re not gigantic, but what we have—we share. We even won the “Family Business of the Year” award because of the kind way we treat our employees.
You will not be bored on the job. Our Warehouse Staff:
- Utilize standing forklift (reach truck), cherry picker, shrink-wrap machine, and more.
- Unload and stage inbound truckloads and containers with an electric pallet jack.
- Check for damages, overages, and shortages and sign bills of lading.
- Break down pallets, sort items and receive them using an RF scanner and printer. Review vendor packing lists and note discrepancies.
- Read PIDs to determine their pick zone and routed-to zones.
- Put away items and determine where overflow should be located.
- Check in customer returns and complete paperwork.
- Work with various UOMs and SKUs to ensure receipt of correct items in correct quantities.
- Report barcode issues.
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics

You don’t need a diploma or degree for this position.
Yes – needed:
- Warehouse experience, including operating a standing forklift (reach truck).
- Some computer skills.
- Willingness to work.
- Being a nice person.
- Motivation to show up for work on time every day.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods on concrete flooring, and climb steps.
- Your own car and license, so you will have a reliable way to get to work each day.
